Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the rs4 platform via rs4.wine or its associated mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance takes full effect upon registering an account, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the platform.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the rs4 platform immediately. rs4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a time. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and any other required details. Accounts registered with false or fabricated information may be suspended or closed without warning.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. rs4 recommends using a strong and unique password. All activity occurring through your account is your own responsibility. Please contact rs4 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity Verification
Rs4 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This process includes submitting valid identification documents such as a national ID card or passport. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the transaction being delayed or the account temporarily suspended.
Multiple Account Prohibition
Opening more than one account per individual, or using an account belonging to someone else, is strictly prohibited. If rs4 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be terminated and any remaining funds may be forfeited. Users are also not permitted to share their account with others.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Rs4 users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their place of residence. rs4 is not liable if users access this platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
All forms of fraud, system manipulation, use of automated software (bots), or any attempt to exploit technical errors on the platform are strictly prohibited. rs4 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users found to have committed fraud or system abuse.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the rs4 platform for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law. rs4 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities when required to investigate suspicious activity.
Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support staff or other users constitutes a violation of our terms of use and may result in account closure.

Payment & Transaction Information

Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. rs4 reserves the right to apply certain processing periods and may request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Transaction Records
All transactions processed through the rs4 platform are securely recorded. Users can review their transaction history via the account page. Any discrepancies in transaction records must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Rs4 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate continuously or free from technical errors. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and rs4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform.
Rs4 is not liable for financial losses resulting from internet connection disruptions, third-party technical failures, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond rs4's control. Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing any bets or making transactions.
Rs4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice upon confirmed violation of the terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, remaining funds may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach.
